ASUS PRIME Z490-P có 10+1 phase điện DrMOS, 5 lớp mạch và công nghê đầu cắm nguồn ProCool, đủ khả năng cung cấp lượng điện năng dồi dào tới CPU kể cả khi ép xung

Với sự nâng cấp của Chipset Z490, bộ nhớ RAM hiện giờ đã nâng cấp dung lượng tối đa lên 128GB / 4 thanh / 2 kênh – gấp đôi thế hệ trước. ASUS PRIME Z490-P có thể ép xung RAM lên tới 4600 Mhz khi có linh kiện thích hợp.

Hỗ trợ băng thông tới 40Gb/s: ASUS PRIME Z490-P hỗ trợ card mở rộng ThunderboltEX 3-TR ( không đi kèm ). Các cổng này hỗ trợ băng thông tới 40Gb/s tương thích DisplayPort 1.5, đủ băng thông để hiển thị và truyền tải các file video 8K hay kết nối 6 thiết bị Thunderbolt nối tiếp mà không gặp vấn đề gì.
